Freelance reporter Joanna Masters enlists the aid of some of Paragon City's up-and-coming heroes to look into some strange events, accidentally stumbling upon a resurfaced conspiracy.

From my own testing and the comments of those that've played it, it seems that the ability to solo this one is somewhat dependant on your build. Don't let the fact that there is only one EB and no AVs in the first part fool you - some of the custom enemies will be very hard for some ATs/builds to handle, particularily on high rep. With persistance and sound tactics everyone should be able to manage, though.

The first mission is locked to the 30-34 range, but all others are set to any level. They are playble at just about any level, but a level of 30 and above is highly recommended.
